Pretty good gelato. Got the kids scoop in a cup for $4.40 of the salted caramel. It's a good portion size for me. I liked how it didn't leave a filmlyness(?) on my tongue after that needed to be washed out with something. I would get gelato from here again.

We came to the food fair at the New Westminster Key because we wanted to get a few things to share from the different food vendors.
We got the Margherita Pizza. It had good flavour and a pretty good thin crust.
The gelato wasn't quite as good. At first glance you could tell that they used food colouring and artificial flavourings instead of natural ingredients. The first sample we tried had a lack of flavour and was a freezer burnt. The passion fruit flavour was tasty but I just prefer natural flavours and ingredients. It also had some large chucks of ice.
We liked their location right by the water and we enjoyed our views but the food was just so so for us! -

They have a lot of flavours, but they were overpriced for what you're getting. I've had better gelato that were not as expensive as this gelato caffe. They make you pay first before getting your ice cream, which was a first to me as I usually get the gelato first and then pay. I'm guessing there are people running off with their gelato without paying?
Anyways, I got the chocolate strawberry and it was OK. They give you a good portion size of the scoop though, and they add a little waffle on top of the gelato. I only tried this place out because it was the only gelato near the Quay. -

I had the salted caramel, my daughter had the forest berries, my son had the mint chocolate, and my husband had the almond crunch. It's creamier than the only other Gelato that I've had. I'm no where near an expert, but I preferred the less creamy one. This is more ice cream/gelato hybrid in my opinion. Still good, but not quite what I was looking forward to.

Tried 2 scoops of their espresso ice cream at around 6pm and gave me a hard time sleeping. LOL. But the ice cream was creamy and good. Looking forward to try other flavors in my next visit.
